Co-founder & Creative With a deep love for nature, design, and storytelling, Amy-Skye-Lee is the creative heart behind Swarm & Co. She’s passionate about educating people on the beauty and diversity of honey, bees and believes that good design, honest sourcing, and respect for bees should always go hand in hand.

Kyle Dillon van Dyk

Co-founder, Operations & Beekeeper Support Kyle works closely with the practical side of Swarm & Co., supporting beekeeping relationships and day-to-day operations. Calm, curious, and hands-on, he’s driven by a genuine respect for bees and a love for learning how things work, from hive to jar.

Navi

Quality Control (Unofficial but Very Serious) Navi is the four-legged supervisor who ensures morale stays high and routines are never boring. Always nearby and endlessly curious, she reminds the team to slow down, enjoy the process, and get outside whenever possible.

Scout

Security & Outdoor Enthusiast Scout takes his role as protector very seriously, especially when it comes to guarding the team and overseeing outdoor adventures. Loyal, energetic, and always ready for action, he adds a steady presence (and plenty of personality) to Swarm & Co.
